I am sure you have seen articles out there saying you have no choice and all life is destined while others say you have that choice and it is God given. So what is it then?

The first 7 years of your life you were downloading all kinds of information and based on those 7 years your future is crafted. It is like potato stamping except that the impression that was created on your mind and heart becomes the stamp for your future.

This process is not itself bad because many of the great things about you are also within this stamp. But there are things that hold you back… limitations… poverty and so on. If you don’t know what is in that stamp it becomes pretty hard to change.

If you live within the stamping of your childhood and don’t know you can change it, your future is already mapped out. If you can see it and know what to change, then the world is your oyster!

And if you want to know more about the stamp, which I call shapes, it is to know the story and the characters of that story which shows you what programs are running for you.

So then what if you want to run a different story? You want the apple to fall farther from the tree?

Here are 3 questions for you…

1. What is it you seem to be doing all the time with everyone? Are you a helper, a rescuer, a doormat? Do you come last, or are you the eternal optimist? What is your default that everyone knows you by?
2. What is your biggest irritation in your life? What upsets you the most? What causes you stress or makes you angry… What is the one thing in this world if you could change… you would?
3. What kind of people usually hang around you?

Knowing this, what then is your story?

This is a first step to change!
